Are parents allowed to get in the pool during parties? Should I include them in the number of guests?

Parents are always welcome to get in the water with their children. We would just need a separate count for adults in order to properly staff the party. 10 adults are included, any more would require an additional Lifeguard. Also, it is most important to get an accurate count on children so we can order enough food for them.
